Signing up with Venuerific
How do I login to Venuerific?
In the Log In page:
- Enter your email & password
- Click “Sign In”
Can I sign up using Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google?
Yes. You can sign up using your Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google account.
How do I create an account and sign up with Venuerific
Go on Venuerific Homepage
Click on Sign Up
Enter your email address and password
You will then receive an activation email from our system. Click the link on the activation email to activate your account.
Forget Venuerific account details
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on reset password and follow instructions to reset it successfully.
I created my account but I can’t seem to login?
Make sure your account has already been activated via email before you log in. Alternatively, please reset your password or contact our team via phone, text or email (support@venuerific.com) for further assistance.
Booking enquiries
Is a deposit required to secure a venue? And how much do I need to put in?
Yes, deposit is usually required by the venue owner. The amount varies by venue and will be communicated to you by the venue owner.
Who should I attention the deposit to?
Deposits should be made directly to the venue owner.
Can Venuerific negotiate the rate on our behalf?
Rate negotiations are conducted directly between event organisers and venue owners. However, our venue consultants can also help negotiate on your behalf.
Am I getting the best rate through Venuerific?
Our customers get the preferred rates from the venues listed on our website. Further, we occasionally hold promotions and marketing programs to bring you the best deals in town.
How long does it take before I receive a response for an event?
On average, venue owners will respond between 24 and 48 hours.
How do I book or check on the availability/price/packages of the venue?
To book a venue or receive the following details, there are 3 ways for you to get in touch with the venue through Venuerific:
Simply click on the button Send Enquiry on the venue page to share details about your event and the venue owner will be in touch after via email or call
If you need to get in touch urgently, you can Call Host on the venue page and you will be connected straight away
Alternatively, some venue has activated their WhatsApp where you can send your enquiry and they will get back to you via WhatsApp
How do I secure my booking?
Once an agreement has been reached, you secure your booking by paying the required deposit. All payments are made directly to the venue owner.
I need to book the venue urgently, what can I do?
- You can Call Host on the venue page and be connected straight away
- Alternatively, you could indicate in the enquiry form your urgency and the venue owner will contact you accordingly.
Cancellation of bookings
What is the Cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy would depend on the individual venue’s guidelines. You can contact the venue’s host for more details on their cancellation policy.
Planning enquiries
Can I bring my own things to the venue?
This depends on the venue. Each venue has an amenities specification and will specify if you can bring your own things. You can check this on the individual venue page.
My event requires emcees, DJ, models and other freelancers. Can Venuerific supply these services?
Yes. We have a database of professional freelancers that we work with. Additional charges will apply for these services.

What is seating capacity?
Refers to the maximum number of seated people which can occupy a particular venue.
What is ‘Send Enquiry’?
‘Send Enquiry‘ on the venue page puts you in touch with the venue owners to schedule site visits, enquire about event matters and respond to your event proposal. You will be asked to enter pertinent details regarding your event.
Our team will follow up to ensure a timely response from the venue owner, once your enquiry has been sent.
What is “Whatsapp Enquiry?”
Whatsapp Enquiry allows you to get in touch with the venue through Whatsapp! It’s a handy way for you to directly message the Venue Owner and seamlessly discuss your event! You will be asked to enter details about your event to send the enquiry. Once you submit, you will be able to talk to the Venue Owner directly! With your submitted enquiry, they will be able to provide you with more prompt, informative and relevant responses.
What is ‘Call Host’?
‘Call Host’ on the venue page will allow you to get connected with the venue owner straight away.
What is standing capacity?
Refers to the maximum number of standing people that can occupy a particular venue.
Can I search by event type?
Yes. Simply filter by “Event Type” on our search results page
Can I search by venue type?
Yes. Simply filter by “Venue Type” on our search results page
Can I search by capacity?
Yes. Simply filter by “Capacity” on our search results page.
Can I search by location?
Yes. Enter the general location on our search bar and/or filter by “Location” on the search results page.
Can I search by price?
Yes. Simply filter by “Price Level” on our search results page.

Aemorph Productions is Venuerific’s one-stop content solutions provider specialising in video production, 3D animation, Live Streaming and photography services. We take care of the technicalities, anything from a large broadcast to livestreams of your event. We can also provide you with professional photography and video editing services for your virtual event.

Is Venuerific similar to a hotel booking website?
Venuerific helps people book venues for their events. We do not facilitate housing/room accommodation for sleep-ins and extended stays.

Venuerific helps event organizers & planners discover and book event venues quickly for their events. We provide the following services:
If you’re planning an event, you can – discover, select and book from our venues. If you’re a venue owner, you can list to promote your venues on our platform.
In addition, we provide a concierge service managed by our Private Venue Management team to guide you through the above.
If I can't find the right venue for my event, can Venuerific help?
Yes, our venue specialists are there to assist you in finding the perfect venue for your event. All you need to do is contact us via phone, text or email (support@venuerific.com) and tell us about your event requirements.
What kind of events does Venuerific handle?
We cater to all types of events (e.g. birthdays, corporate parties, weddings, launch parties, photo shoots and more). You can find these through “Venue Types” on our search results page to see the full list.
How much does Venuerific charge and are there any hidden costs?
Our platform and services are completely and absolutely free. There are no hidden charges. Event organisers enquire and negotiate directly with venue owners on terms, availability and event spend.
