Are you open to those under 18?
Yes, under-18s are allowed in the venue as long as they’re accompanied by an adult during the following times: Monday – Sunday: 10am – 10pm
Can I add more people to my booking?
Yes, you may, depending on the activity. If you would like to make changes you can WhatsApp us at (+60)12 – 965 2577. or call us at (+60)12 – 965 2577+60) 3 – 7887 5777. We will be happy to assist you on this.
Are food & drinks included in the price?
Food and drinks will be charged separately. If you’d like to arrange catering services for a large event, you may reach out to our Events Team (+60)12 – 965 2577
We just want to visit to eat & drink and not play any games. Can we do that?
Everyone is welcome at BigShot! Even if you’re not playing the game, you can come and eat and drink with us.
Can I bring my own food to the venue?
With the exception of birthday cakes, we kindly ask that you do not bring food into the venue. But don’t worry! We have an extensive and delicious menu for you to choose from.
Can I order food for takeaway?
Sorry, but we do not offer takeaways at BigShot, at the moment.
How old do children have to be for a kid’s party?
There is no age limit to our parties.
Can I arrange for my own catering for a large event?
We do have services for our in-house catering. You can get in touch with our Events Team (+60)12 – 965 2577

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available and it’s FREE!
Is the venue cashless?
Yes, we accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and QR Pay.
Is there a smoking area?
There is no designated smoking area at BigShot. The closest smoking area is outside the main entrance.
Is this place pet friendly?
No it is not, so we greatly appreciate it if you can keep your furry friends at home.

Took my kid and his friends there and they had an absolute blast. Love how spacious, clean and safe it is. Kids can spend hours playing while us parents can chill. Nice food there too. Highly recommend throwing your kids' next birthday party here!

Overall a really fun place although it was hectic because of the private party that I was a part of being there. The various simulators and everything game-wise works fine! However don't waste your time and money on the food! In my opinion it is way sub-par and grossly overpriced.
