We had a lovely, comfortable stay at Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang. A huge thank you to the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in on 10 Feb 2026 ard close to 3pm. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to get his name, but he was incredibly professional. Despite a large, rowdy foreign tour group crowding all the check-in counters with quite disorderly behavior, he remained calm and even apologetic—though we knew it wasn't his fault at all. He was kind enough to upgrade our room from twin to a King bed, which made our arrival feel very special despite the chaotic lobby. Highlights: * The Gym: Top-notch, well-equipped, and they provide towels for guests. * The Room: Very comfortable and made for a relaxing stay. * Service: 10/10—the staff handled the pressure with total grace. Note for drivers: There is no complimentary parking, but they offer a guest flat rate of $18/day, which is worth factoring into your budget. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay again!

I stayed at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang for 3 nights on the 38th floor, and we got an amazing room with the best view. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well designed — plenty of space to relax and move around. Everything felt clean and cozy. The hospitality was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay really pleasant. The location is very strategic, with easy access to TRX and Pavilion Bukit Bintang, making it convenient for shopping and getting around the city. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang and honestly loved it. The room was super comfy, clean and had everything I needed — even a microwave, which was such a nice touch. Everything felt ready for a stress-free stay, and the hotel vibe was really warm and relaxing. Food was good too and the location in Bukit Bintang is so convenient with plenty of shops and cafes just around the corner. Felt right at home here and I’d happily come back anytime. Highly recommend!
