In the event the organiser postpone/ cancel the event Seven (7) days prior to the function, the organiser shall be liable to pay The Ship Campus a Fifty (50%) percent of the total cost and expenses of the food & beverages to be provided by The Ship Campus for the function and the rental.
In the event the organiser late postpone/ cancels the event Three (3) days prior to the function, the organiser shall be liable to pay The Ship Campus One Hundred (100%) percent of the total cost and expenses of the food & beverages to be provided by The Ship Campus for the function and rental.

I had the chance to visit The Ship Campus in Penang and was truly impressed by this modern, innovative and beautifully designed university. The campus welcomes both local and international students and offers a unique learning environment that bridges education and the professional world. One of the most remarkable aspects is the possibility for students to receive training tailored to the needs of partner companies, which greatly increases their chances of securing employment right after graduation. The combination of academic quality and real-life work experience makes it a forward-thinking institution that prepares students not only for exams, but for life and their careers. 👏 A huge congratulations to the team behind this visionary project. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in Penang, or if you’re considering a university with a strong focus on employability and international exposure.

We had a family event at the sun set deck. From the moment the person in charge, Siew Chin get in touch with me, everything went smoothly. Siew Chin is friendly and polite. She made necessary arrangement and highlighted some details which we missed out. On the event night, Siew Chin standby until the end of the event, whenever we need her, she was around. Besides Siew Chin, the compliment also has to go to the team who work so professionally to make the event a success. Thanks to Nicolas who prepared the delicious foods. Everyone is satisfied and happy with the food and ambience. Thank you to the ship campus for creating such a lovely and memorable evening, we are glad that we have made the right choice

Ms. Eve and the team went above and beyond to ensure our night was nothing short of perfect. The venue itself is breathtaking — not only convenient for our guests, but it also radiates a romantic ambiance, enhanced by the stunning view of the Penang Second Bridge and the sea.
