Welcome to The Timber Space - home to your next event 🌴
With care and intention, this space was carved out in the bustling heart of Desa Sri Hartamas: a multi-functional space with a Balinese twist that can be tailored to host a variety of events from corporate meetings and product launches to wellness workshops and intimate gatherings.
Timbered flooring, rattan and wooden furnishings, soft curves and ambient lighting. We borrowed from nature to curate a place where you can feel at ease. We believe the closer you are to nature, the more you nourish community and creativity.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Cancellation by Client
All confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, clients are permitted one (1) date change per booking. Requests for date changes must be submitted in writing no less than fourteen (14) days before the original event date. The new event date must be within one (1) year from the original event date and is subject to availability. If the new date is not available or the booking is not rescheduled within one (1) year, the reservation will be forfeited, and any payments made will not be refunded. Additionally, any new bookings will be subject to the current rental rates at the time of rescheduling.
2. Cancellation and Termination by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking and terminate this agreement under circumstances beyond our control that affect our ability to provide the venue as contracted. In such cases, any deposits paid will be refunded in full. However, if we cancel or terminate the event due to the following reasons, no refunds will be provided:
- Non-compliance with any terms, conditions, or restrictions outlined in this contract by you, your guests, or any individuals you permit entry into the venue.
- Material breach of this agreement by you.
3. Cancellation and Termination by Client
In the event of cancellation by you, other than due to a default by our company, any incurred expenses and fees will be charged to you accordingly. Tentative bookings that are not confirmed in writing within ten (10) days of the initial inquiry may be released at our discretion.

We celebrated my mum's 65th birthday at Timber Space. I found the space online and Bryan was in touch from the very beginning. We aren't local and Bryan and his team were the ultimate pros! From food to deco to cake to baby chairs - they were our 1 stop centre! Bryan made the entire planning journey so smooth for us and even took the time to come on a call with us to answer our queries before we finalized the booking. I didnt have the need to go down earlier from the function time as Bryan and his team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the Timber Space for an event! And we are definitely thinking of them again for the next event!

I was truly impressed by the overall impression and service this place has to offer; from the initial preparation stage right to the event day. The acoustics were great, topped off with good sound system and the coziness of the space creates a welcoming atmosphere. I have hosted a Music Concert here and I was very pleased with the result & so did my guests. A shout out to Mr. Bryan for being there from day 1 and to RunningMan catering for the awesome refreshment prepared. Definitely will be many more events and opportunities to come by. Keep up the great work. 👍🏻

Attended 2 amazing yoga classes and a Christmas pop-up market event in this beautiful space 💚 The place is designed so thoughtfully, a literal zen oasis nestled in the city. Highly recommended for any events or even a cute personal party/wedding!!

Perfect space to host a training and meeting for 20 pax in Amani Hall here. Spacious, comfortable and easy to access. Can park at street parking lot if we come early. Thanks to Bryan and Aya for accomodating our request and prepare some room for prayers too. Appreciate it !

The venue is spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and well-lit, which made it ideal for showcasing our products. All our guests loved the space. Bryan, the manager, was friendly, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. There is also a cozy cafe for drinks, as well as private rooms if needed.
