PAYMENTS
How can I make payment?
We accept payment via cheque or bank transfer. Details will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit within 7 days of receipt of invoice, and the final 50% payment at least 30 days prior to the booking date. Bookings will be released should the deposit not be paid on time.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Do you provide catering?
We do not, but we do allow external catering and BYO.
Is alcohol consumption allowed on the premises?
Yes consumption is allowed, but not sale of alcohol, unless event organiser has obtained the necessary permits.
LOGISTICS
Am I allowed to bring in my own vendors, equipment, decor etc?
Yes absolutely. Please just be mindful not to damage the space when setting up.
EVENT PLANNING
Do you provide event planning services?
Yes, we are able to assist with various aspects of event planning based on your brief. These are chargeable at separate rates. Services include sourcing vendors and equipment, interior design, entertainment programming, sound and lighting, logistics, and more.
ENTERTAINMENT
Is entertainment allowed?
Yes but music shouldn't be too loud due to proximity to neighbours. Background music preferred.
SET-UP AND TEARDOWN
Can I have extra time for set-up and teardown?
Please factor in any set-up and/or tear-down time into your booking duration. However, we can allow for set-up and teardown to take place outside of the stated operating hours should you require, depending on your requirements.
