Cancellation Policy by The Venue
Cancellation & Postponement
1. If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of
booking - Full refund (-$20 admin charge).
2. If booking is cancelled from anytime till 30
days before event date - 80% refund.
3. If booking is cancelled with less than 30
days to the event - No refund.
4. For any postponement, no charges will be
levied if it is done 30 days before the original event date. With less than 30 days to
the event, no postponement will be allowed.
5.
In
event of a cancellation, the security deposit and cleaning fee will be fully refunded.

This place really took me by surprise. There was a mini kids' area which made it really nice for our kids to play at while us adults had fun playing pool, etc.

Booked the place for a small graduation party. The place is very pretty at night and the ambience is really nice. It also had a partnership with Grain Catering that allows us to have 10% discount when we ordered from them. The manager is also really helpful and patient in answering all the questions I had to ensure the event went smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Booked this venue for a surprise birthday party. There were so many games to play in the space (pool, beer pong, foosball etc.) that we were spoilt for choice! We ended up having so much fun that we had to extend the party by another hour. Many thanks to the manager, Aaron, for waiving off the last minute extension surcharge and overrunning fee (:
