Cancellation & Postponement

1.    If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of booking - Full refund.

2.    If booking is cancelled from anytime till 30 days before event date - 80% refund.

3.    If booking is cancelled with less than 30 days to the event - No refund.

4.    For any postponement, no charges will be levied if it is done 30 days before the original event date. With less than 30 days to the event, no postponement will be allowed.

5.    In event of a cancellation, the security deposit and cleaning fee will be fully refunded.
