Company Cohesion Event

Booked about a week prior to my event, the host was very very accommodating to us and our needs + place was very nice. In built sound system in the main entertainment area with mic and managed to fit about 50 pax no issues. Great conducive place for socialising and to hold many different type of events! Would definitely book again.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Postponement

Cancellation more than six (6) weeks before the event: Full refund.
Cancellation three (3) to six (6) weeks before the event: 50% of the rental fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation less than three (3) weeks before the event: No refund.
Postponement more than four (4) weeks before the event: One (1) complimentary date change subject to availability
Postponement four (4) weeks or less before the event: $50 administrative fee applies.

Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded within five (5) working days after the event, provided no damage, loss, or breach of this Agreement or House Rules has occurred.
Deductions may be made for:
- Damage to property or equipment
- Excessive cleaning requirements
- Unreturned or lost access cards/keys

Use of Venue

The Venue shall be used solely for the stated purpose and during the agreed time.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all attendees, vendors, and service providers comply with the Venue's House Rules (separate document).
The Client shall not permit any unlawful activity or conduct likely to damage the Venue's reputation or property.

Liability and Indemnity

The Client shall be liable for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of the event.
If the total cost of repairs or cleaning exceeds the security deposit, the Client shall pay the difference within five (5) working days of receiving the invoice.
The Venue is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event, including the use of the swimming pool facilities.

Force Majeure

The Venue shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Venue may reschedule the event or provide a credit valid for twelve (12) months.

Yes, you can enjoy karaoke and music, but please keep the doors closed while doing so.

Are there any restrictions on noise or volume?

Yes. After 11 PM, please lower the volume. Excessive noise may attract complaints or police intervention.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks. A fridge and microwave are provided for your convenience.

Am I allowed to cook at the venue?

No, cooking is not allowed.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. However, selling alcohol is strictly not allowed, even if you have a license.

What happens if the noise gets out of control?

If things get out of hand, we reserve the right to end the event immediately without a refund.

Can I bring in caterers, entertainers, or dessert vendors?

Yes, you can engage your own caterers, balloon artists, or dessert providers, but they must follow the venue rules.

What are the decoration rules?

❌ No glue, nails, or sticky materials that may damage paint. ❌ No glitter, confetti cannons, or fire-related effects. ❌ No holes in the wall.

Do I need to clear my decorations after the event?

Yes, all décor must be packed up and removed after your event. Our staff will not be responsible for cleaning up large setups or decorations left behind.

Is cleaning included in the booking?

Yes, standard cleaning is included.

Are there extra cleaning charges?

Yes, additional charges apply for the following: 🍗 Food left behind — $50 💦 Unremovable stains on furniture — $100 💩 Excessive mess beyond normal cleaning — up to the full cleaning fee

Can I smoke or vape inside the venue?

No. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, not even “just one puff.” Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.

Are drugs, gambling, or other illegal activities allowed?

Absolutely not. Drugs, gambling, or any illegal/“funny business” are strictly prohibited. CCTV is in operation at all times.

Who is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws?

The event host must ensure the event complies with Singapore laws, including alcohol regulations and safety guidelines. If any illegal activity takes place, the matter will be referred to the authorities, and the venue will not be held responsible.

Is the venue responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items?

No, the venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

What happens if an item is found after the event?

We will inform the host if any items are found. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 7 days.

Will photos or videos be taken during my event?

Yes, we may take photos or videos to showcase our venue. If you prefer not to appear, let us know and we can blur your face.

Can we share our own event photos online?

Absolutely! Snap your best angles and share them. Don’t forget to tag @bojiovenue or use #bojiovenue — we’ll hype you up, not ghost you.
