We are generally very flexible and ensure our clients have a good time as long as its within the boundaries of Singapore Law.Additional Information On Price
● Dry Rental - $2000 – 4 hour block
● Full Event Management – Price based on services requested
● Competitive prices for talents, services, master of ceremonies, djs, catering and even more.
We are a venue where you don’t need to worry about event planning and even if you have an external event company we can support with very transparent pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Chill by Vox (Suntec City)
To secure your preferred event date and ensure the best experience, we require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations:
• More than 30 days before the event:
Full refund of deposit (minus a 5% admin fee)
• 15–30 days before the event:
50% refund of deposit
• 7–14 days before the event:
Deposit is non-refundable, but can be credited toward a new date within 3 months (subject to availability)
• Less than 7 days before the event:
Full payment is due; no refunds or credits
Postponements / Date Changes:
• One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested more than 14 days in advance.
• New date must fall within 3 months of the original booking.
• Subject to availability and confirmation in writing.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), we will offer flexible rescheduling options or partial refunds depending on the situation.

I WOULD GIVE THIS VENUE 10 STARS IF I COULD! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Found this venue after a morning of research for my team’s cny gathering and we were so glad we proceeded with social nest! from the getgo, they were very accomodating and reassuring - from patiently waiting for me to confirm and make payment for my rental date, to answering all the questions i have. On the event day itself, the staff even came early to ensure handover and told me if i came early i could enter already!When i went there, she ensured a smooth handover and explained to my how everything worked. Even after she left the venue, she answered my questions almost immediately through whatsapp. The place was extremely clean and my team enjoyed every entertainment from the games machine to the ktv system and more!towards the end of our event, we ended up extending for three hours because no one wanted to leave and we were all still having so much fun! the team at social nest still replied me even at 1+ am and assured me to not worry!!will definitely host my next event at social nest again. thank you so much to the social nest team, professional and super helpful from the very start!
