- Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before date of event
- 50% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before date of event
- No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before date of event
- No refund for cancellations in the event of unfavorable weather or early departure
- The Club reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice and the advanced rental paid will be refunded. The applicant shall have have no further claims against Civil Service Club for such cancellation
