The Clubhouse is located next to Changi Village and is highly sought after for providing laid-back retreats away from the hustle and bustle, as well as get-togethers and celebrations for families. In 2019, the Clubhouse was awarded the BCA Green Mark (Gold) so you can be assured of a green and sustainable stay. In 2020, NEA certified the Clubhouse as SGClean.

Overlooking Sungei Changi that leads to the Straits of Singapore, our versatile Function Room is the perfect solution for all your needs. Easily transformed to suit your needs, Function Room is great for meetings, seminars, brain-storming retreats as well as weddings and solemnisations.

The venue is perfect for a larger audience, combining both function room 1 and 2. It has a capacity of up to 100pax. Its interior is flanked with a beautifully-designed green wall. 2 water dispensers with hot and cold water are provided as part of the setting. Additional inclusions are Wi-Fi, a 120” motorised screen, projector and audio-visual equipment including state of the art blue-tooth speaker.

Strategically situated right next to the bowling centre, function room 3 is the perfect solution for informal workshops, parties, and celebrations. Bookers get to choose between 3 backdrops that portray fun and energy relevant to the event hosted.

Civil Service Club Changi has a list of preferred Caterers that we work with. However, you are still allowed to engage your own caterer with an additional surcharge of $150.

Nice venue options for small gatherings

Booked the BBQ pit for our family reunion of 8 people and we really enjoyed our time surrounded by all the greeneries and it felt like we're in our own backyard!

Beautiful for weddings!

Had my wedding in the banquet hall and I'm really happy that I chose this venue for my big day. The decorations and the whole ambience wowed the guests and everyone had an amazing time. Can't recommend this place enough.
