Description
Located in the Beach Road-Bugis district, Guoco Midtown is a transit-oriented mixed-use development that will become the new “Midtown” of Singapore. Cancellation Policy
A MICE booking is defined as booking of Meeting Room 1.
Management accepts no responsibility for any cancellation by the customer. In the event of cancellation by customer, all payments made are non-refundable.
In the event that the booking is affected by COVID-19 or any related restrictions, payment, security deposit and cancellation policy (wherever applicable) will be reviewed by the Management on a case-by-case basis.
Postponement of events due to Singapore government’s imposed COVID-19 restrictions are allowed for up to 12 months from the initial date of the event. Credit paid will be rolled over. In the event if the intended event was not executed for whatsoever reason, the event will be deemed canceled and credit paid will not be refunded.
For all bookings, PVM will be present for venue handover pre and post event and jointly acknowledge an amenity checklist with the customer.

Was there attending a Seedly event and was impressed by the big office layout with many meetings rooms with computer monitors where staff and members can meetup for work and casual meetings. The environment and ambience is also nice. There are also many free complementary WiFi stations available. There are many dining options and retail stores at Guoco Midtown too.

Guoco Midtown Network Hub is easily one of the most impressive coworking spaces in Singapore. The design is modern and premium, with plenty of well-planned areas for events, work and meetings.
