Rental of Event Venue (min. 3 hours booking):
- Komyuniti Studio at $800++ (non peak) | $1,000 ++ (peak)
- Garden Terrace at $1,000 (non-peak) | $1,500 (peak)
- Main Dining Area at $3,000++ (non peak) | $10,000 (peak)
Please note that all prices stated above are in Singapore dollars and subject to 10% Service Charge and thereafter prevailing Government Taxes
Cancellation Policy
Please note that Komyuniti Bar & Restaurant does not hold reservations and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, secured only upon signing the event agreement. Any enquiry of event spaces will not be guaranteed until the event agreement is signed and a deposit is received as per the agreed date. By securing your event date with a deposit, you hereby acknowledge the terms and conditions listed on behalf of your group, including any external vendors.
The total guest count includes all attendees, such as photographers, administrative staff, gatekeepers, and external vendors who remain after setup. Any undeclared attendees beyond the confirmed headcount will be charged at à la carte prices on the event date. Payment for these additional attendees must be settled upon arrival before entry is permitted. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any unpaid attendees. Should the total attendance fall below your guaranteed numbers, you are still required to pay the full amount as stated in the agreement. Management reserves the right to refuse and refund an event if it is not deemed suitable to proceed.
Cancellations or postponement requests made at least 30 days before the event date are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. For cancellations or postponements within 30 days of the event date, the payment will be non-refundable. In the event of a no-show on the confirmed event date, the payment made will be forfeited, and any additional pre-ordered items or services will be charged in full. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, requests for cancellations or postponements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.
