For cancellations communicated to Maxwell Chambers one month or more before the commencement of the intended use, a 50% penalty will be incurred. As such, 50% of all deposits held by Maxwell Chambers will be forfeited. 

For cancellations communicated to Maxwell Chambers one month or less before the commencement of the intended use, a 100% penalty will be incurred. As such, all deposits held by Maxwell Chambers will be forfeited.

Yes, catering is provided. If you require catering, do let us know in your requirements. Do note that you would not be allowed to bring in outside food and beverages are allowed in the premise. Please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@maxwellchambers.com for more information.
