- Cancellation of Buyout Event/Buffet order must be notified to VENDOR through email to Sales@moon.com.sg.
- An administrative fee of $300 is applicable to process the refund upon CLIENT’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
- The CLIENT is liable to compensate VENDOR based on the cancellation charges upon confirmation as below:
- 100% of total deposit for any cancellation seven (7) working days before event date.
- 50% of total deposit for any cancellation fourteen (14) working days before event date.
- 25% of total deposit for any cancellation twenty-one (21) working days before event date.
- In the unlikely event that the VENDOR cancels the booking the Client will be refunded any payments already made but the VENDOR will not have any other liability. The VENDOR reserves the right to cancel a booking if:
- Any part of the property is closed or unavailable due to circumstances beyond the VENDOR’s control. a) There is a force majeure event which prevents the VENDOR from carrying on its business.

The place is awesome. Full book out space with both indoor and outdoor area for the venue we held our networking event. The in-charge, Augustine is very professional and try his very best to work around the budget we gave without compromising the quality and quantity of the food options he proposed and with free flow of wines and beverages. He is super helpful and responsive and gave valuable suggestions to help with our event. Table settings, how the food will be served, drinks and everything is done nicely as per our requirements. Thumbs up to Augustine & his team. And they have nice and affordable house wines =)

Booked about a week prior to my event, the host was very very accommodating to us and our needs + place was very nice. In built sound system in the main entertainment area with mic and managed to fit about 50 pax no issues. Great conducive place for socialising and to hold many different type of events! Would definitely book again.
