Cancellation Policy by The Venue

Cancellation policy: In any event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies

1.           Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the yacht charter date are subject to 100% of the charter fee, with no refund or rescheduling allowed.

2.           For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the yacht charter date, full payment of the charter fee will be charged, with a refund of up to 50% allowed at YBSG’s discretion.

3.           For cancellations made more than 1 month in advance, a refund of up to 100% of the full charter fee minus the admin fee of $200.

4.           All refunds may be made in the form of a cash refund or credit refund.

5.           Any refund, if applicable, shall only apply to the charter fee component. Charges for food catering or other services will not be refunded should the charter be cancelled for any reason.

6.           In the best interests of our clients, flexibility may be exercised where possible, with special considerations made on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling policy: Any rescheduling of yacht charter is subject to our rescheduling policy. The charterer may reschedule the charter subjected to availability and terms and conditions.

1.           First rescheduling made more than 1 month prior to the charter date is provided free of charge.

2.           Subsequent rescheduling less than 1 month prior to the charter date will incur an admin fee of $200.

3.           Should Charterer reschedule a weekend charter slot to a weekday charter slot (from a higher-value charter to a lower-value charter), no refunds (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the charter fees will be provided.

4.           Rescheduled bookings must be placed within 1 month from the original booking date. Otherwise, the booking will be taken as a new request.

An administration fee of $200 applies for each cancellation or rescheduling. An administration fee may be waived subject to special consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Covid 19 Rules for Charter with more than 5 pax

Dear all, in line with the new regulations announced by MPA starting from 15 Dec 2021, please do take note of the following changes to the regulations.

For all yacht charters,

-             Non-vaccinated guests are no longer allowed to board the yacht even with a PET negative test result

-             Within a group of up to 5pax, all unvaccinated children age of 12 and below must be from the same household

For yacht charters with group of 2 and more,

-             All guests are required to take an ART Test supervised by the yacht crew and produce a negative test result before being allowed to proceed with the charter

-             Supervised ART test can be done via video call or at the charter premise on the day of the yacht charter.

-             If a guest is found to have a positive ART test result, the guest will be asked to go home immediately via private transport and follow MOH protocols on ART positive test result. Other guest in the same group may still carry on with the yacht charter.

-             ART Test kits are not provided in the yacht charter. Guest may use their own ART test kit or purchase from us at $10 per test kit.
