My favourite accommodation in Batam. This place is relatively new, i like the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere. And nearby foodcourt are 24 hours. Morning the market beside offers tons of good local food. And the breakfast here is also not bad. Love my stay. Totally worth it!

If you're in Batam, this should be one of the best go to Hotel to stay in Nagoya. It's clean, safe and situated next to a wet and dry market and walking distance to BCS, Grand Batam Mall and A2 Seafood. If you have old folks travelling together and have difficulty in walking, fear not just Grab from point to point as it's very reasonable compared to SG. Think it's easier to disinfect and clean and makes the room more hygienic even though it has no carpeting, which should remain. The breakfast is good but if could add some sushi it'll be perfect. The service staff are friendly and professional. One service staff, Monica goes out of her way to make our stay of four happy and pleasant with her kind and understanding room selection for us. Thanks so much Monica. Appreciated!

Staff is friendly and location is good to access to different malls and wet market is just located beside the hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfort to stay. (No smart TV) 🤣 but the price is worth to stay for a short vacation. By the way, there are various option for breakfast but compared to last year the option getting lesser but still tasteful.

There is welcome drink and plenty of sitting area and a smoking room in the lobby. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, the coffee machine in the room wasn't that clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. There is a convenient store just opposite the hotel.
