Cancellation Policy

Changes / Cancellation

1. Rescheduling is not allowed if the departure date is less than 1 month (except rearrangement due to bad weather). In addition, an extra HK$10,000 will be collected as service charge for reschedulling (except rearrangement due to bad the weather). All rescheduling is subjected to the availability of the vessel.

2. No cancellation nor refund is allowed for confirmed booking(s).

3. If the original departure date is on weekdays, the rescheduled day must be on a weekday. If it is on weekends, the rescheduled day must be on a weekend.

4. The customer can only reschedule the date once (expect further bad weather / COVID-19 arrangement applied).

5. Any changes of vessel and services included will not be accepted.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, we welcome your furry babies. But a $3,000 pet deposit is required and will return within 7 working days after the event if no damage/ extra cleaning is aroused.

Is the boat wheelchair-friendly?

We do not have any wheelchair-friendly facilities on board but we have catered many guests in wheelchairs. Please arrange 2 friends to assist the person when boarding.

Do people get seasick on the boat?

We’re a special designed catamaran so it is more stable compared to other boats. If the guests are very concerned, they may choose to take seasick pills 30 mins before boarding.

What is the arrangement for raining?

We have two indoor rooms on the lower deck and rain cover on the upper deck. If it is adverse weather (Black rainstorm signal / T3 or above), we would offer free rescheduling on the boat charter.
