THE APPLICANT AND ALL GUESTS SHALL KEEP THE PREMISES CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITIONS, AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES RESULTED FROM ITS EVENT/USAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES TO ANY EQUIPMENT, PHYSICAL STRUCTURE, FURNITURE, ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, DECORATION, PAINTING, CARPET, ETC
