PRICING

Zone Rental Fee

1. Timeslot: 0800-2300

$380/hour (required to rent for 2hours or above)

$360/hour (required to rent for 4hours or above)

$340/hour (required to rent for 6hours or above)

$320/hour (required to rent for 8hours or above)

2. Timeslot: 2300 - 0800

$190/hour (required to rent for 6hours or above)

$6000/day (24 hours)

1. The renter must pay the relevant fees to confirm the reservation before using the venue.

2. If the renter uses the company overtime, an additional fee will be charged (15 minutes overtime will be counted as 1 hour)

3. If the renter wants to change the rental time or date, renter must notify us at least 24 hours before the original booking. If the time has already been rented by others, the applicant can use the credit for the future use of the venue.

4. If the renter want to cancel the booking , he must notify us at least 48 hours before the original booking. If the renter informs us to within 48 hours, the renter must pay 50% of the total rent. If the renter notifies us to cancel the booking 24 hours before using the venue, the renter must pay the full rental fee.

 5. If the venue cannot be used due to the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, you can choose to change the rental date and time, or request a refund.

6. All the activities of the renter have nothing to do with the company, and the company will not take any responsibility. The renter understands and agrees that all its activities must comply with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7. The company is not responsible for personal injury or loss or damage to property caused by the renter's activities in the company's venue.

8. During the rental period, if all facilities are damaged, destroyed or lost, the renter shall compensate the company for the loss.

9. It is strictly forbidden to bring contraband, dangerous or indecent items into the venue.

 10. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

11. The renter is not allowed to move or dismantle the fixed facilities in the venue without authorization. After using the venue, all equipment and supplies must be put back in place and maintained in their original state.

12. The renter must keep the venue clean and ensure that the indoor items are arranged in their original position after using the venue.

13. If the renter violates the rules, the company reserves the right to suspend its right to rent the venue.

 14. The company reserves the right of final decision.
