Amazing place, very fancy yet homey at the same time. Visited this place for a family wedding and everything is amazing and flawless. They have various welcome drinks and also free popcorn at the main lobby (though you need to ask for it). The room is clean and have a lot of open space. The window curtain is automated and so does the bath curtain. The TV is already a smart TV so you can easily browse using your YouTube account and watch your favorite YouTuber. Breakfast options have a really wide range of varieties. During my time of stay they offer Indonesians, Indian, Korean, Western and many more.

It was the best Marriott-branded hotel I've ever been to. Jakarta Westin The hardware was perfect and the software was perfect. I thought it was really, really perfect for customer response. The feedback is also very fast and accurate. All the staff at the executive lounge provided such a relaxing service that my family was able to make very happy memories. The staff at restaurant were also very friendly and witty, so I was happy from the morning during my stay at the hotel. I don't want to travel to Jakarta city in Indonesia again. But I think I will visit again because of Jakarta Westin. Thank you for making me so happy during my stay at the hotel I am so grateful to the Zakar Westin staff.

I’m truly in awe of the service and attention to detail during my stay. My room was upgraded — presumably due to the arrival of large groups — and although it wasn’t ready right away, the team made the waiting experience feel effortless. I had a lovely time relaxing at Henshin, and when I came back down, the room was still not fully ready, but I assured them it was no problem. Then I received beautiful flowers and thoughtful gestures. They didn’t have to go that far, but it truly made me feel special. I understand the pressure of handling big groups, and I really appreciate the upgrade and the kindness. I do hope this won’t become a regular occurrence, because I value Westin’s upscale, private, luxury atmosphere — not a mass‑crowd feel. But bravo to the team for managing everything so gracefully. We enjoyed a 7-night stay and were thoroughly impressed by the staff's warm hospitality and willingness to assist. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a diverse range of options to suit various tastes. Room service was also a highlight, with prompt, friendly, and delicious meals. The attention to detail and care shown by the staff ensured a comfortable stay. While the beds were somewhat firm, we considered this a minor trade-off for the overall excellent experience.
