Cancellation Policy
- All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance subjected to availability.
- Full payment is required for confirmation of booking.
- No Cancellation & Amendment.
- Outside Food and Beverages are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a MYR 300 penalty per an occurrence.
- Cancellation charges of 50% of total amount applied for all cancellation with more then 24 hours notice.
