Cancellation Policy
Grand Celebration Ballroom has reserved the required function rooms, services, and facilities exclusively for your event. Should these services not be utilized, the Hotel will incur significant financial loss, which may be difficult to recover due to the short notice and uncertainty of securing replacement business.
Therefore, the following cancellation charges will apply in the event of a full cancellation of the booking:
From the date of signing this agreement until the date specified (“from” to be advised):
• 100% of the total function room revenue, including Full Day or Half Day Meeting Packages, Hi-Tea, or Corporate Dinner packages, plus 100% of all confirmed food and beverage revenue.
