Cancellation Policy
Grand Lumière Ballroom reserves the function hall, facilities, and services exclusively for your event upon confirmation of booking. As such, cancellations may result in substantial financial loss due to short notice and the inability to secure replacement business.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Management.
- If cancellation is made thirty (30) days or less prior to the event commencement date, 50% of the total event rental and confirmed booking value shall be chargeable.
- If cancellation is made fourteen (14) days or less prior to the event commencement date, 100% of the total event rental and confirmed booking value will be chargeable.
