Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - Contracts with Room Nights and F&B
Account will pay the following cancellation fees, as applicable:
• In the event of a cancellation by Account which occurs 0 to 3 business days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Room Night Commitment, seventy percent (70%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue, and Total Meeting Room Rental will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a cancellation by Account which occurs 4 business days to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent (90%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a cancellation by Account which occurs 91 to 180 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of eighty percent (80%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a cancellation by Account which occurs 181 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of seventy percent (70%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a cancellation by Account which occurs between the time of acceptance of this Agreement and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.

• In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0 days to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of eighty percent (80%) of the Room Night Revenue Commitment will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a group cancellation occurring 91 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of seventy percent (70%) of the Room Night Revenue Commitment will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a group cancellation occurring between the time of acceptance of this contract and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Room Night Commitment will be due, plus applicable taxes.

CLIENT agrees to a minimum banquet food and beverage revenue of [xxxx] OR minimum of xxpax, inclusive of tax and service charge (the “Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue”).
• In the event of a group cancellation occurring from the Date of this Agreement to four (4) business days prior to the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
• In the event of a group cancellation within three (3) business days of the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue and Total Meeting Room Rental will be due, plus applicable taxes.

Amazing hotel, huge rooms and facilities on an impressively grand estate. It's pretty affordable for what you're getting. Thanks to Raid in particular, who was based in the lobby/front desk/concierge - he provided awesome service, and was super accommodating.

Really lovely, family-friendly hotel. I called ahead as my sister and brother-in-law were joining me for breakfast and spoke to the Loyalty Executive (a young Malay gentleman—wish I still had his name card!). He was extremely helpful and advised me to add the two extra breakfasts during check-in, which saved us about 30–40% compared to walk-in rates. He also helped upgrade our room to a suite, which was a wonderful touch. I had dinner at the lounge, breakfast at Zest, and room service for lunch. Food was good across the board—mee goreng via room service was especially enjoyable, and the lounge dinner spread was solid. The kids loved the pool and the activities, particularly the archery. The only downside was that the hotel was very full during our stay, which led to long breakfast lines and a crowded pool. Staff seemed a little overworked, though still consistently kind and attentive. There’s also maintenance needed in the kids game room - half the arcade machines were not working and the massage chairs refused money. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially for families.

From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was tip-top. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Special thanks to the part-time staff who assisted with our luggage.. very polite and warm in their service. Overall, all the staff were amazing. In my experience, Marriott’s service is better compared to Hil***, as I have stayed at Hil*** many times before. This was my first time trying Marriott Putrajaya, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely come back again. The only small downside was the kids’ club, as there were fewer games available and it felt a bit boring for my child. Other than that, everything was perfect. Overall service: 10/10. Thank you so much!”

To the Esteemed Management of the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, Pray, allow me to express my most profound gratitude for the exceedingly fine hospitality extended to us during our four-night sojourn, from the twenty-eighth of January unto the first of February. Upon our arrival, we were met by a staff of the highest calibre; they conducted themselves with a professional dignity that was tempered most delightfully by a warm and friendly disposition. Our chambers were found to be most commodious—verily, they were spacious, presented in a state of impeccable neatness, and maintained with the utmost cleanliness. Whenever we required assistance, the service was rendered with such commendable promptness that it quite exceeded our expectations. Each morning, we were treated to a breakfast buffet of great variety and excellence. It was a particular joy to find a selection of Indian delicacies included amongst the spread, providing a most savoury start to the day’s activities. The amenities, too, are worthy of high praise. The swimming pool is a most refreshing oasis, and the gymnasium is outfitted with everything a gentleman or lady might require for their constitution. Furthermore, the garden situated at the rear of the establishment is a truly lovely sanctuary for quiet contemplation. In summary, our stay was nothing short of splendid. We shall remain your most humble and satisfied guests.

We stayed at Putrajaya Marriott for 3 days and 2 nights with our two children and overall had a great time. The customer service was really good, we used the Bonvoy app as members and all our requests were fulfilled quickly. The staff were super friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Our only downside was the kids’ room. Since this is a family-friendly hotel and many guests come with children, we expected a bit more. The toys were quite limited and not very interesting. We’ve stayed at cheaper hotels before that had much better kids’ facilities, so this part was a little disappointing. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again if they upgrade the kids’ room in the future. Minus one star for the children’s play area.
