I stayed here on 13th September for one night in Room 1004. I’ve been here before and really liked the place, but after returning a year later, the room felt a bit dustier than I remembered. I had also requested a room away from the main road when I booked, but that was overlooked. My friend had difficulty sleeping because of the traffic noise, though I personally had no issue. A few hours after checking in, I noticed the toilet door couldn’t be closed properly. I informed the Front Desk before heading out for dinner, and by the time we returned, it was already fixed — which I truly appreciated. The next morning, we had another issue when the bathroom water heater fuse blew while my friend was showering, which caused a temporary power outage in the room. I contacted the Front Office, and Ezza promptly checked in on us to make sure we were okay. Raj from Maintenance also came quickly, worked hard to rewire the water heater, and restored the air-conditioning. Yes, there were a couple of technical problems during this stay, but the staff’s quick response and genuine care really stood out. Special thanks to Ezza and Raj — their professionalism and effort made a huge difference and left a positive impression.

The hotel offers great value for money with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and essential amenities that suit both business and leisure travelers. The location is convenient and easily accessible by car, with available parking which is a big plus in Ipoh. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. For the price point, Zone Hotel provides a comfortable and straightforward stay. Recommend it
