Our preferred caterer is Stamford Catering for F&B arrangements. External catering fee / corkage fee is chargeable at $100 for engagement of external caterers. Users are responsible for cleanup and to ensure proper disposal of food waste / trash by end of event. No open flames or live cooking is allowed.

You can customise Venue + however you would like, providing that any existing decor is not damaged in the process. No nails, screws or glue may be used. No gaffer tape may be used on the floor. Any onsite furniture that is removed has to be replaced in his original place at the end of the event.

Yes, Grantral Mall @ Macpherson has 204 parking spaces. These are the rates: Monday-Friday: $1.20 for the first hour or part thereof, and $0.75 for every subsequent half hour. On Weekends & Public Holidays: The rate is $2.50 for the first 3 hours or part thereof, with subsequent charges at $0.75 for every half hour. There is also a 10-minute grace period for parking.

Yes, we have AV equipment in the venue so you can play your favourite tunes. There is however a sound limit and we have neighbours, so the volume is more than enough to have a great party, but not enough to wake the dead.

Yes. Venue+ winds down at 12am. That’s when the space gets quiet, the lights dim, and the venue goes to sleep . You’ll need to wrap up and pack down by then so we can all call it a night!

We have a flexible cancellation/rescheduling policy.

You may reschedule your confirmed booking once, at no additional cost, provided: The new date falls within 30 calendar days of the original event date. The request is made at least 48 hours before the original booking time. The new date is subject to availability and management approval.

30 days in advance will receive a full refund. 29 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
