Came here for birthday celebration. As usual the food quality is good and also the service charge we paid are damn worth it. Just to remember cold crab need to reserved in advance. Honestly I found the cold crab here better than other Teo chew restaruant 👍🏻 Staff auntie Guo yu chun and Manager Ella are super caring. Keep Checking and lookout if there is any additional needs from us. Feel extremely warm to be dining here.

The food is delicious and the service is fantastic despite the massive crowd as is reunion dinner night. Would have been greater if the fish (quite a wait time) was serve together with other dishes. The team who handle around table 93 is amazing!

We had the following delectable dishes: 🥢 Teochew Salmon Prosperity Yu Sheng 🥘 Teochew Classic Platter 🍲 Teochew Festive Pen Cai 🐟 Fresh Pomfret Steamed in Teochew-style 🐽 Braised Pig’s Trotter with Fatt Choy 🍜 Wok-fried Kway Teow (Kai Lan & Cai Po in X.O. sauce) 🍐 Double-Boiled Snow Pear with Peach Gum & Wolfberries Some of my favorites are the wok-fried kway teow, full of wok hei and is super tasty due to the Cai Po and XO sauce. The steamed pomfret is fresh and i totally love the firm fish meat texture. The yusheng is unique with the use of Basil leaves which elevates the taste profile of the celebratory dish. The pen cai sauce leans a bit to the sweeter side but it's the kinda dish that can make me devour 3 bowls of rice! Whether it’s a grand reunion dinner or a cosy celebration at home, Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine is one that can't go wrong.
