Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions:

The event will be confirmed upon collection of 50% deposit. No full refund if cancellation is 3 days before the actual event date

There will be 30% refund if cancellation is 1 week before the event date

Full amount is payable on the day of the event date. In such cases, if not paid on the day of the event, the credit card used to make the bookings shall be charged accordingly

Any loss and damages of our equipment will be charged accordingly

Any extra items after confirmation will be charged accordingly

The final details (such as menus and special requests) of the event must be confirmed at least 7 working days before the event

The price for the event is subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing tax

The client shall pay by cash or with credit card for any food and beverages or other goods/or services not provided for in the Agreement or otherwise in correspondence but made available upon request of the client on the day of the event.
