Cancellation Policy by The Venue

It is understood and agreed by Client that upon signing the contract, the Hotel will proceed to reserve the meeting space for the Client to the exclusion of all other business. These blockages will be held firm and are subject to the Hotel’s following Cancellation/No Show policy.

Upon Confirmation: 50% of the total anticipated revenue based on minimum guaranteed

From 30 days & above : 75% of the total anticipated revenue based on minimum guaranteed

Within 29 days: 100% of the total anticipated revenue based on minimum guaranteed

I had the pleasure to stay in this newly renovated hotel, the room is a bit on the small size but it is luxurious and comfortable. There are a few non-standard stuff like how the aircon operates, water dispenser instead of bottled water. The shower stall is on the small size, but it is ok for normal people, however there is no bidet for the toilet. The swimming pool on the 7th floor had lovely views and there's the gym and 2 restaurants on the same floor. I was lucky to have lounge access, although food selection for breakfast were minimum but they are good quality and tasty, I enjoy the nasi lemak ! During evening hours, I had quiet drinks and some pizza, yummy ! The staff there especially Simies and Zac are nice and friendly, they attend to my needs without much fuss. The front office staff Nesh is equally friendly. Great job Team Momentus Alexandra !

Overall, our stay at Momentus Hotel was nothing short of perfect. Thanks to the exceptional service, especially from Miko, and the beautiful accommodations, we had a birthday celebration we will never forget. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

We came back for the third time this year. It was an amazing stay and the room was spacious and extremely clean. We slept well at night and have no complaints. We have stayed at many hotels in Singapore and this is one of our favourite in our list. We love coming back here and special shout out to Ms Queenie for her professionalism and friendly attitude towards handing requests. A very hearty and hospitable greeting from Ms Queenie . We felt welcomed and leaves a warmth to come back again.
