We offer flexible booking options for large groups and full venue buyouts. Pricing is based on the day of the week and group size.

👥 Large Group Bookings (Shared Space)

10 guests – Minimum spend of $700

15 guests – Minimum spend of $1,000

Ideal for birthday celebrations, corporate socials, or intimate gatherings within our shared venue space.

🏠 Exclusive Venue Buyout

Enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the venue for your event.

Sunday to Thursday

30 guests – $2,250 minimum spend

40 guests – $3,250 minimum spend

50 guests – $4,250 minimum spend

Friday & Saturday

30 guests – $2,800 minimum spend

40 guests – $3,800 minimum spend

50 guests – $4,800 minimum spend

🕒 Venue Fee (4-hour rental): $1,200

This fee applies on top of the minimum spend for exclusive buyouts.

Any changes or cancellation made by the event client within 7 days prior to event will result in a forfeit of deposit.
