Cancellation Policy

Deposit policy:

Upon signing of the agreed-upon contract, a deposit of 50% of the total venue rental is to be made to confirm the date and space.
Upon signing of the agreed-upon contract, a deposit of 25% of the total invoice is to be made to confirm the date and space.

Cancellation policy:

To cancel 2 weeks before the event date, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable
To cancel 1 week or less before the event date, 75% of the deposit is non-refundable.
To cancel within 48 hours prior to the event date, the 100% deposit is non-refundable
Free cancellation: Free cancellation if beyond 1 month before the event date.
