We recently organized a corporate evening event at The Velvet Affair. Huge appreciation to Co-founder Nicole and Casper who both are super tireless and provide top notch patience and service to make the whole event so smooth & exceeded expectations. The venue exudes a super private & "VIP" feel , with the luxurious vibes. Many activities on the 2 levels allows maximum bonding and get-together for our corporate event - importantly with drink, alcohol and food :) . Definitely highly recommended !

Fantastic service by Zanair and team! Booking process was very smooth from start to finish, terms were fair and very clearly communicated too. Photos online absolutely did not do the venue justice! Myself and my guests were all so blown away when we saw the venue in person. It was very clean, cosy and had a exclusive and private feel. Friendly and attentive staff were also onsite and assisted with many ad hoc matters. Had a wonderful experience overall.

We recently celebrated Toku's 6th anniversary at The Velvet Affair, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the ideal location for our celebration. The second floor, in particular, was a hit with our staff, offering a variety of entertainment options such as the Nintendo Switch, a pool table, and board games. These activities kept everyone entertained and added a fun, interactive element to our event. Top-Notch Hospitality Nichole and Casper, the co-founders, were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Despite our numerous requests and changes – from adjusting the number of guests to altering service requirements and even modifying color schemes and cake details – they handled everything with grace and never once complained. Their flexibility and willingness to adapt to our needs made the planning process seamless. Exceptional Staff Support The support staff at The Velvet Affair were equally impressive. Zanair and Jae-E went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Zanair was incredibly helpful in moving tables and chairs upon request and played a key role in coordinating with our vendors. Jae-E was always at the bar, ensuring our staff had access to free-flow drinks and providing exceptional service. High-Quality Free-Flow Alcohol One of the highlights was the quality of the free-flow alcohol. Often, there is a concern that such services might compromise on quality, but the feedback from our staff was overwhelmingly positive. The drinks were of high quality, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Understanding and Accommodating Extensions When we needed to extend our event, Nichole and Casper were understanding and accommodating. They promptly calculated the additional costs, allowing us to make a quick and informed decision. Their willingness to continue providing excellent service during the extension was greatly appreciated. In summary, The Velvet Affair is an exceptional venue that offers a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Nichole and Casper’s outstanding hospitality and the excellent support staff made our event even more special. The place overall gives very good vibes, very suitable for small company event or birthday parties. Price is also very value for money and the food is good! The service from the owners were really great and made planning very seamless!

We booked Velixir for our wedding after party and it was really one of the best decisions ever! Casper and team was really professional and easy to deal with. Our guests loved their cocktails and the space really catered to different groups of our guests. I loved how we left everything to Casper to organize and arrange for us (ie snacks, drinks, layout) and they definitely overdelivered! Highly recommend Velixir if you are looking to host your own event!

Situated at Novelty techpoint, Velixir did not disappoint. Although the place was slightly secluded, our guess and staff all had a good time. The place is cozy with many games and activities to keep everyone entertain. And the in-house mixed drinks were refreshing and tasty! Nicole and Casper were also great host and assisted us in food catering and accommodated to our constant changes. Overall a 5/5 Stars experience!!

Just want to give a huge shout out to Casper and his team for the amazing space and their warm hospitality. This hidden gem was the perfect venue for our wedding after-party. Prior to the event, Casper and his team invited us to view the space before committing and it was the perfect venue as there were something for everyone to do (board games, poker table, karaoke entertainment system etc). Casper and his team were prompt in responding to all our queries too. We had our after-party on 1 Oct 2023 and this space was an immediate hit with all our guests. Everyone was blown away the moment they stepped into the room as it was not what they have anticipated. Everyone had a great time esp with the karaoke system and it was definitely a night to remember. Thank you Casper and his team once again for all the hard work they've put in!

I recently rented this venue for a birthday event, and it was an absolute blast! The location was perfect, and it added to the overall enjoyment of the day. The spacious and well-maintained facilities were exactly what we needed for our celebration. I was so impressed that I would definitely choose this venue again for future events. Highly recommended for a fantastic party experience!

Organised a small team bonding event here. There were many activities to do and everyone had a blast. Hosts were also very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Had to find a location within 2 weeks and stumbled upon this gem for an affordable price! Went down on site for a recce and was immediately impressed by the facilities and the ambience of the place. Caspar was extremely friendly and is very proactive in helping to cater to all our needs! Overall a 5/5 experience, would host another event here again1

Hosted a team Christmas party at this venue and everyone had a blast! It’s a really nice and cozy space and very new and clean. The owners (Casper and Nicole) are super friendly and accommodating. Vibe is gucci, amenities are pretty complete and we never ran out of things to do. 11/10!

Held a corporate event here with ~80 people and everyone had tons of fun. The drinks were amazing as well. We'll definitely be back for future events. <3
