Rental time includes setup and teardown. Please account for this in your booking.

No smoking inside the studio.

Keep noise levels at a respectful volume, especially in shared building spaces.

Treat all furniture, props, appliances, and surfaces with care.

Do not move large furniture or appliances without prior approval.

Any damages or excessive mess will incur a cleaning or replacement fee.

Please dispose of all trash and food waste in the bins provided.

Paintings, decor pieces, and styling props are for ambience and visual use only. Please do not tamper or remove without permission. Wall-mounted items are not to be adjusted or rehung.

Please handle kitchen equipment, lighting fixtures, and any provided electronics with care. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving the space.

Maximum recommended capacity to be respected unless otherwise approved.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

No open flames or hazardous materials allowed.

The space must be returned to its original condition before check-out.

Any overtime will be billed in hourly increments.

Kindly inform the host once you’ve completed your session and are ready to check out.

Price Information

Monday - Friday: S$180/hour

Saturday & Sunday: S$196/hour

Price inclusive of GST

*All bookings are subject to a $195 cleaning and sanitisation fee and a $500 refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
