Additional Information On Price

$80/hr on weekdays -Monday -Thursday (from 7am -10pm)

$90/hr on weekends -Friday, Saturday, Sunday (from 7am-10pm)

Choose from minimum 3-hour booking slots, plus enjoy a complimentary 1-hour setup time prior to your event.

A $150 security deposit is required once the booking is confirmed. This amount is refundable if the property is returned in good condition.(Full amount is refunded if the venue is returned neat & clean). Please take before and after videos and photos to prevent any conflicts

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before date of event
20% refund for cancellations made between 2 to 7 days before date of event.
50% refund for cancellations made 24 hours or less before date of event.
The Venue Provider reserves the right to cancel any booking and the advanced rental paid will be refunded.
