Event Timings:
Exclusive / Full Venue Bookings:
Lunch: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Dinner: 5:00pm – 11:00pm

Non-Exclusive / Partial Bookings (Mon–Fri):
Lunch: 11:30am – 3:00pm
Dinner: 6:00pm – 10:30pm

Cancellation Policy

Corkage Policy:
1-for-1 corkage waiver on wines and spirits (buy one bottle from Empress, waive corkage for one external bottle)

Otherwise:
Wine: $30++ per bottle
Spirits / Champagne: $50++ per bottle
Corkage fees do not count towards minimum spend

Halal Catering (Outsourced):
Halal menus available upon request
Limited to 10% of total guest count (e.g. max 10 halal meals for 100 guests)
Additional halal meals beyond this will not be included in minimum spend
