Apex @ EXPO was recently enhanced into a next-generation, versatile venue for large-scale concerts, live entertainment productions, world-class conferences and immersive experiences. Alongside it, Arena @ EXPO accommodates up to 6,700 for mid-sized shows, supporting entertainment experiences of different scales. Together, they make Singapore's largest purpose-built MICE venue the go-to destination for live entertainment.

Up to 9,000 Fans, One Stage and Tiered Seats on Three Sides

When fully seated, the newly redesigned Apex @ EXPO accommodates up to 7,572 guests in its default configuration: 4,368 on the main floor and 3,204 across tiered seatings. For high-energy concerts, swapping the floor seats for a standing arena boosts total capacity up to an impressive 9,000 fans. The space is fully configurable, giving organisers the freedom to shape it to their production's exact requirements.

Front-facing tiers rise across the back of the hall, and side tiers run along both walls, giving fans clear sightlines across the venue. Those blocks are scalable, too. With modular seating, side and back tiers can be set up in different configurations and paired with a standing floor.

Equipped With High-End AV Systems

Apex @ EXPO has high-end AV systems already in place. The venue is supported by modular staging and seating, allowing efficient configuration across different event formats and scales. Instead of walking into an empty shell, production crews arrive to find professional-grade audiovisual, lighting and digital technologies already in place.

Professional-Grade AV Systems to Power an Immersive Experience

Audio runs on a world-renowned L-Acoustics sound system, with precision-tuned K2 arrays, KARA II fills and KS28 subwoofers for clear, immersive sound across the hall.

The in-house stage measures 60ft by 32ft and stands 4ft high. A 54m by 5m configurable screen can split into three or five screens, alongside a 16m by 2m on-stage LED screen.

That means a touring production can build its show around equipment that's already on site, rather than starting from an empty hall.

Room for Immersive Shows and Plenaries

Professional-grade lighting hangs over a floor of up to 10,000 sqm, under ceilings that rise from 10m to 16m. Height like that gives a production team space overhead for lighting rigs and screens.

The same flexibility carries over to business events. Apex @ EXPO was designed for large-scale, immersive productions and experiences, and its flexible configurations stretch from international concerts to world-class conferences and plenaries. A plenary running on a concert-grade sound system is a strong reason to put the hall on a shortlist.

PLAVE: Virtual Brilliance Meets Immersive Tech (17 October 2026)

PLAVE brings its KEEP IT MANIC world tour to Apex @ EXPO, a show built on real-time visuals and live vocals. Performing as animated avatars, with members singing live in realtime, the five-member virtual group relies on seamless visuals and pristine acoustic control. Apex @ EXPO's L-Acoustics sound system, configurable screens and professional-grade lighting provide the exact technological canvas required to bring virtual K-pop to life without missing a beat.

LE SSERAFIM: High-Octane Live Energy (28 November 2026)

Just six weeks later, powerhouse girl group LE SSERAFIM brings their PUREFLOW tour to the hall, switching the focus to a high-energy live K-pop performance. Here, the venue's flexible seated and standing configurations, side- and back-tiered seating and vast floor area come into play, turning the same hall from a high-tech visual spectacle into a full concert arena.

Concert Facilities and Audience Experience, From Queue to Encore

The fan journey begins long before the first beat drops. Fans queue indoors in neighbouring Hall 2, a spacious, fully air-conditioned pre-concert zone with dedicated VIP and general queue lanes. Facilities across the concert halls include:

• Indoor queuing and security screening
• Ticketing and merchandise booths, F&B kiosks and a cloakroom
• A configurable main stage, with tiered and floor seating adaptable for standing
• Green rooms with coffee, water and light refreshments for artistes and performers

Concert ticket holders get 10% off at the on-site F&B outlets. Selected shows also feature Korean-style self-photo booths with exclusive concert-themed frames.

Getting there is simple. Singapore EXPO is directly connected to Expo MRT station on the East-West and Downtown lines, and it's near three major expressways. Changi Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Anyone travelling in for a show can stay close by. Dorsett Changi City Singapore, one of Singapore EXPO's preferred hotel partners under the EXPO Advantage Program, is next to the venue and a 5-minute walk from Expo MRT.
