Full Indoor Area @ Ciao Ristorante KL

We booked a private room and customized a menu for my in-laws' birthday. Had a great experience there. Great food, excellent service and really nice ambience. I would recommend this place for celebrations and special occasions. The staffs were very thoughtful and considerate on the pre-dinner preparations. Special thanks to our assigned staff Angelo and Kinkin (hopefully I spelled your names correctly) for providing us with a great service experience.

Ciao is a beautiful Italian restaurant with excellent food and decor. I was there for a wedding so there was a special vegetarian menu catered for me and a few guests. I had a delicious homemade mushroom soup with croutons, a spinach and ricotta ravioli with a butter sage sauce, eggplant parmigiana (excellent!) and a tiramisu. The red and white wines were also very nice. I only wish they had put out some warm Italian bread and olive oil on the tables. The atmosphere was wonderful, warm lighting, cosy decor. And a nice amount of greenery just behind the restaurant.

Finally got to visit Ciao. Loved the food, atmosphere, and service. Had their lunch set menu, the vongole spag & gelatos were amazing. The staffs were very responsive and lovely, my fiancé and I came to have a tour around the place for wedding enquiries. Will definitely visit again!

Authentic italian cuisine with the ambiance that matches it as well ! What a lovely warm and cozy space with ample free parking ! The food here was just simply magnificient ! Started off with the burrata salad and octopus and both were super good ! Then we had the gnocchi al gorgonzola that was super good! The lamb rack was a bit chewy but the taste was still nice. The seafood mix platter was scrumptious everything seasoned well, ended the evening with a tiramisu and creme brule which were both very very good as well! Overall a great time here !
