Designed with flexibility in mind, SAGES is well suited for workshops, brainstorming sessions, private meetings, yoga and creative team gatherings. The venue rental includes the main SAGES and a comfortable lounge area with sofa seating, ideal for informal discussions or relaxed breakout moments. A mini pantry with refrigerator is also available, making it easy to keep refreshments on hand throughout the day. Rental Rate: RM2,100 per weekday** for venue only

**A security deposit is required to confirm booking, constituting min. rm600. The deposit will be refundable under the condition that there is no overtime and no damages caused to the premise.

*Optional shoes-on-venue recommended for product launches additional rm900
*Multi-heavy equipments/ furnitures/ backdrop brought into space for shooting additional rm1800.

Optional Add-Ons:
1. Table Rental - rm100 per table
2. Chair Rental - rm10 per chair
3. Pre-event setup at 8am - rm250 per hour
4. Pre-event setup 1-day prior - rm150 per hour
5. Overtime hours after 6pm - rm300 per hour

Cancellation Policy

Security Deposit for Booking Confirmation
RM600 refundable deposit (per 1-day booking) with no cancellation. The deposit will be refundable under the condition that there is no overtime and no damages caused to the premise. Cancellation 1-week before deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation must be done 1 month before the confirmed date or else charges apply.
