At SpaceHub, we believe in transparent and flexible pricing that fits your event size and budget.
1. Hall Rental (Best for 50 pax and above)
2. Per Headcount Packages (Best for 30–60 pax events)
- Weekday & Weekend rates available (Half-day or Full-day options)
- Comes with hall rental + with/without meals included (Tea break for half-day, Bento + Tea break for full-day)
- Perfect for smaller groups that want a simple, all-in-one package without the hassle of managing catering.
- Best for: Workshops, team training, small seminar
✨ Pro tip:
- If you expect 50 pax and above, it’s usually more cost-effective to book the Hall Rental Package + optional meals.
- For smaller, catered groups (30–60 pax), the Headcount Package is the smarter choice.
📌 Add-ons Available:
- Customized catering menus (local, Western, fusion)
- Photobooth, backdrop, additional AV support
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and are recommended to be made at least 30–45 days in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before the event date.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
- A refundable security deposit of RM500 is required before the commencement of the event. This will be returned within 3 working days after the event provided there is no damage to the venue, equipment, or facilities and all terms of use are complied with.
2. Postponement & Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to the event: Deposit may be transferred to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability.
- 15–30 days prior to the event: Deposit may be transferred to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability.
- Less than 15 days prior to the event: Deposit will be forfeited in full.
3. Pricing Terms
- Price adjustments may occur due to operational cost fluctuations.
- Additional cleaning fees may be charged and deducted from the security deposit if waste is excessive or if cleaning requirements exceed standard levels (e.g., food spills, confetti/glitter, tape residue, unmanaged catering waste, or improper disposal of cartons).
4. External Caterer Surcharge
- Clients engaging non-panel external caterers are subject to a cleaning surcharge of RM300 per day (non buffet), and RM500 per day (buffet).
