Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation by Client
All confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, clients are permitted one (1) date change per booking. Requests for date changes must be submitted in writing no less than fourteen (14) days before the original event date. The new event date must be within one (1) year from the original event date and is subject to availability. If the new date is not available or the booking is not rescheduled within one (1) year, the reservation will be forfeited, and any payments made will not be refunded. Additionally, any new bookings will be subject to the current rental rates at the time of rescheduling.

2. Cancellation and Termination by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking and terminate this agreement under circumstances beyond our control that affect our ability to provide the venue as contracted. In such cases, any deposits paid will be refunded in full. However, if we cancel or terminate the event due to the following reasons, no refunds will be provided:

• Non-compliance with any terms, conditions, or restrictions outlined in this contract by you, your guests, or any individuals you permit entry into the venue.
• Material breach of this agreement by you.

3. Cancellation and Termination by Client
In the event of cancellation by you, other than due to a default by our company, any incurred expenses and fees will be charged to you accordingly. Tentative bookings that are not confirmed in writing within ten (10) days of the initial inquiry may be released at our discretion.
