Sarastro KL @ Tribeca Serviced Hotel by Millennium

Fast check-in and check-out process with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Loved the swimming pool on the 37th floor with its beautiful view. The luggage storage service was convenient and made our stay even more hassle-free.

Decent accomodation, fantastic food (seriously). But most of all - exceptional staff. I left my phone in the Grab I took from the airport, and the receptionist helped me retrieve it. I forgot my pouch (including my passport and my wallet) at the hotel's restaurant, after dinner - and the staff handed it to me the next morning. Two things that could have totally ruined my trip were handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Thank you, guys, much appreciated!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent with easy access to nearby amenities. The hotel staff were generally helpful whenever needed. The hotel doesn’t provide tissues except toilet rolls. While the breakfast selection was not extensive, there was still a decent variety to choose from. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and is a reasonable choice for both short and extended stays.
