Minimum Spend $1200++ per table of 10 pax (Private Room)

Confirmation Deposit

A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.

Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the event date will incur a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

Reduction in Guest Count

Any reduction in guaranteed attendance must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. Late changes may result in charges based on the original confirmed number of guests.

Postponement or Rescheduling

Postponements are subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new date if notice is given at least 14 days in advance.

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), Asia Grand reserves the right to reschedule the event or issue a credit toward future use.
