Our meeting rooms are centrally located in Singapore, with easy access via MRT.
What are your operating hours?
Meeting rooms are available for booking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Subject to Availability). Extended hours, Weekends and Public Holidays can be arranged upon request and Subject to Non-Office hours surcharges.
How do I make a booking?
You can book online on Venuerific after the venue owners confirm its availabilty. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Is there a minimum booking duration?
Yes, the minimum booking time is 1 hour per session.
Do you allow walk-in bookings?
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred slot.
What equipment is included in the meeting rooms?
All rooms come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector or TV screen and whiteboard.
Do you provide printing or administrative support?
Yes, printing and receptionist support are available at an additional fee.
Is catering available?
Yes, we offer light refreshments, coffee, and catering packages for half-day or full-day meetings at a additional cost.
Is external catering allowed?
No, our list of caterers are approved by the building management. However, you may bring your light snacks such as sandwiches and croissant (dry-foods) by hand-carrying only.
Is parking available?
On-site parking is available for guests, with hourly rates. (Subject to available slots)
Are your spaces wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all our meeting rooms and common areas are fully accessible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and bank transfer via Stripe in Venuerific.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellation of events beyond 14 days from date of event, there will be no refund. For cancellation of events before 14 days from date of event, there will be a 50% refund.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before your reserved time, subject to availability. Do kindly note on the cancellation policy.
Can I make 30-days credit as payment?
No, full payment before the date of the bookings are required.

No, this is a pay per use.

Yes, our meeting rooms can be used for workshops or team sessions.
