Cancellation Policy by The Venue

We would like to bring to your attention that Komyuniti Bar & Restaurant will not be holding onto any bookings, and confirmation are based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

A full deposit based on your guaranteed number of attendees is required to secure your booking. By securing your event date with a full deposit, you hereby acknowledge the terms and conditions listed below on behalf of your group, including any external vendors.

You are entitled to a full refund in the event that your cancellation or postpone request is at least 7 days prior to event date. Cancellations made within 6 days of event date will either be charged in full or be allowed to postpone within 90 calendar days depending on the food and beverage packages involved. The management reserves the right to refuse and refund the event within 72 hours if the event is not deem fit to run.

CARPARK

Do you provide complimentary parking?

Unfortunately, as the carpark is not under our management, we are unable to provide any complimentary parking. Parking rates are based on International Building's rate.

BRING YOUR OWN

Am I allowed to an external caterer?

No. We are able to provide food and beverage packages as we are a bar and restuarant.

Am I allowed to bring my own food?

No. Strictly no outside food or drinks is allowed within Komyuniti.

Is your restaurant halal?

Unfortunately, Komyuniti Bar & Restaurant is not halal-certified

Will you be able to cater halal food?

We recommend not to go for this option as there is only 1 kitchen, which will have to prepare your food even if it's catered externally. Furthermore, there will be extra charges for purchase of disposable plates and cutleries.

Solemnisation event

We had a last min change of venue as our previous location bailed out on us. We are lucky to have found this place which turned out to be so much better. The price is reasonable and the location is awesome. Most importantly, Mr Aliff and his team rendered great support and assistance to us all the way from the planning stage. They tried their best to help us and fulfil our requests, making our dream ROM ceremony possible. Everyone enjoyed the nice place and ambience. Thank you so much again!

We are very happy to have chosen Komyuniti for our offsite meeting. Very nice ambience which is ideal for meeting and dinner thereafter. Prices are reasonable too given that it is at Orchard area. Mostly importantly, very friendly and helpful staff which gave confidence that we are in good hands.

Good location and venue for wedding solemnisation

We were glad to found Komyuniti via Venuerific for our wedding solemnisation. It has situated at Yotel Orchard, which is a good location for the guests who drives and those coming via public transport. The restaurant was spacious and bright and the staffs are prompt and friendly as well. Special thanks to Aliff, who has coordinated and assist us on our requirements at this difficult times. I would strongly recommend couples to consider Komyuniti as their solemnisation venue.

Best semi-outdoor space so far

It's smack right in the centre of Orchard and I wouldn't have known about it if not for Venuerific that such a good bar exists in Singapore. The drinks are awesome and the space is cool for networking.

Hosted a cocktail masterclass at this hidden gem. Atmosphere was amazing with beautiful bar setup, high ceilings, and spacious seating arrangements. There is a poolside overlooking the event space, and an open garden with smoking area.
