The booking is confirmed when the payment for rental is completed.Wherever applicable, the customer shall ensure all necessary licenses and approvals for the event have been obtained. A soft/hard copy of the relevant licenses and approvals must be submitted to Management prior to the commencement of the event. The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund and/or compensation if the required licenses and/or permits are not submitted 10 working days before the event’s start date.Furniture and peripherals provided as part of the package are reflected on the booking platform. Cancellation Policy
A MICE booking is defined as booking of Meeting Room 1.
Management accepts no responsibility for any cancellation by the customer. In the event of cancellation by customer, all payments made are non-refundable.
In the event that the booking is affected by COVID-19 or any related restrictions, payment, security deposit and cancellation policy (wherever applicable) will be reviewed by the Management on a case-by-case basis.
Postponement of events due to Singapore government’s imposed COVID-19 restrictions are allowed for up to 12 months from the initial date of the event. Credit paid will be rolled over. In the event if the intended event was not executed for whatsoever reason, the event will be deemed canceled and credit paid will not be refunded.
For all bookings, PVM will be present for venue handover pre and post event and jointly acknowledge an amenity checklist with the customer.
