• Cleaning Fee: Included in rental. Excessive mess may incur additional charges.
  
• Time Management: Additional hours will be charged at $120/hour (Level 8) and $100/hour (Level) 9.
• Alcohol & Beverages: Items consumed from wine chillers/fridges on Level 9 must be declared and will be billed.
• Damages/Loss: Additional charges apply for damages or lost items.

Terms & Conditions

More than 7 days before the event date 

• 100% Refundable 
• If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

4–7 days before event date 

• 50% Refundable Deposit 
• During this period, you can still cancel, but only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 

Less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event date 

• No refund. Full balance payment is required. 
• If you cancel during this period, no refunds will be issued.  
• Your payment is considered fully committed at this stage. 

During Event Day 

• The day of the actual event. 
• All payments are final. 
• No cancellations or refunds accepted.
