19 Jan 2026 This is my second visit in less than a week, and I truly enjoy the food here. An authentic Muslim-owned Chinese restaurant that delivers both quality and taste. We loved the Sichuan chicken dumplings and the baby French beans with salted egg, both were excellent. The service was fast and efficient, with friendly staff who thoughtfully explained each dish as it was served. It truly felt like a fine dining experience. We ended the meal with Moroccan Pink Rose tea, a refreshing drink that nicely cleansed our palate. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back again.

Had iftar here on 22nd Feb. We were served complimentary dates, and a bowl of porridge each which is very thoughtful. The waiter was very attentive, constantly topped up water for us whenever our glasses were half full / empty. The food was great too, the crystal mushroom dumplings and scarlet rolls are a must! The only downside is that we were seated on lvl 1, at the corner near the wall and the wall/floor there looked a bit dirty. Everything else was great though!

The ambience is nice and warm. There's 3 floors in this establishment. Attentive and friendly staff. The drinks and food came quite fast after ordering. All the food were delicious and tasty. We did not pre-order the ribs as it takes 1 hour to cook, so we ordered for the ribs to go instead. It's well cooked, very tender and tasty as well. The fried rice was fantastic. The sambal chilli was superb. A bit difficult to park around the restaurant as there were many other restaurants nearby, but there were parking place opposite the restaurant, about 3 mins walk away. The taste of this dim sum place is very different from others which we have been to and the representation were indeed very good and nice to see. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I had a pleasant dining experience at Loong Dim Sum, and overall, I would recommend this place for its food. The food was good in general, with several standout items. The Loong Scarlett Roll and duck roll were particularly enjoyable, both well-executed and flavourful. The juicy bao was another highlight, with a distinct crab taste that came through nicely. The fried rice was satisfying, though the char kway teow was more average in comparison. I also appreciated the signature beef ball and lamb dumpling, which had a unique taste that set them apart from more typical dim sum offerings. Service was acceptable, and it seems the restaurant is aiming for a more refined, fine-dining dim sum concept. The ambience is pleasant and thoughtfully designed. However, the pacing of service could be improved. During the course set meal, there were noticeable gaps between courses, which affected the overall flow of the meal, especially when dining with others. Additionally, conversations among staff, at times about personal matters, were conducted loudly enough for customers to hear, along with noise from the bar area, which could be distracting and affected the dining atmosphere. All in all, I feel that Loong Dim Sum has strong potential. With some refinements to service pacing and noise management, it could offer an even better dining experience. I would be happy to return to try more items from the menu.
