We chose to do our wedding banquet here due to the fantastic service of Wilmor, our wedding coordinator. And the decision proved right as he followed through from start to end in a timely manner. The banquet team was also excellent and Lufthi, our banquet manager, was reassuring to have. The food served at the banquet was praised by the guests. The facilities/rooms were good and clean. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable but do note that they are not as newly renovated (you can see from bathroom furnishings). I would be happy to hold events at M Hotel in the future.

Ticked all the boxes for our visit to the Grand Prix. Lovely little swimming pool, bit of a wind trap. Breakfast consistently good over 7 days. All the staff super friendly and efficient.

My short trip down at M Hotel was nothing but delightful. It was conveniently located near my office and the service at the reception counter was superb. Not only did Mr Luis assist me in printing out some last minute documents but he was really patient, kind and poised towards the other guests’ request despite having his hands caught up in fulfilling my request. I really admire the level of service he provided, hope to see more of such staff members in the team.
